5. Virtual Asset Limitations

Virtual asset limitations include zero real-world value for all currency. Coins, chips, and credits exist for entertainment purposes only. They cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or tangible items. Account termination leads to forfeiture without any reimbursement.

6. Conduct Violation Terms

Conduct violations include cheating, hacking, exploiting glitches, using automated systems, harassing others, and creating multiple accounts. Actions that compromise platform integrity are banned. Violations trigger immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

7. Content and Design Ownership

Ownership of content and design elements is exclusive to our company or authorized licensors. All graphics, trademarks, software, and game designs are protected. Unauthorized use, copying, or derivative creation without written consent is illegal.

8. Excluded Liability Provision

Provision excluding our liability covers all damages from platform usage. Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages are not our responsibility. Loss of virtual currency, data, or revenue is excluded. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction is service discontinuation.

9. Unrestricted Service Changes

Unrestricted changes to services may occur without notification, including modification, suspension, or discontinuation. Account termination or suspension may happen at our discretion. No compensation will be provided for any service changes or account closures.

10. Resolution Contact Guidelines

Guidelines for resolution contact direct users to designated website support channels. Expected response time for all inquiries is 5-7 business days. Dispute resolution must begin with good-faith negotiation before alternative remedies.
